Meet Caroline Fitzpatrick
Caroline wants to empower you to take healing into your own hands, to experience ease of movement, and enjoy a life of vitality and longevity. Every movement helps us live life with purpose and meaning.
Why Fascia Health Matters to Me
Founder and lead instructor at Straitsmouth Light Health, Caroline Fitzpatrick is a professional dancer and teacher with 25 years of personal and professional experience in the dance and fitness industry. She is driven by helping people to live active, pain-free lives.
As a movement professional, Caroline has been inspired by the restorative impact that healthy fascia creates and has found it to be the missing link in keeping our bodies healthy and strong while reducing visits to doctors and physical therapists.
Whether you are a seasoned athlete who has stiffness, aches and pains from years of training or the repetitive movement of daily living and aging has taken it’s toll, healthy fascia can get you on your way to achieving your optimal performance in your sport and in your life.
